Everyone getting ripped off by this company, keep all email correspondce. I finally got my car picked up and delivered with another company that was superb. Titanium refuses to return my deposit. I am filing small claims against them which will cost $120.00 for my $200.00 deposit. But I will do it anyway.
Also; since there are so many people getting ripped off, this is obviously a crooked company. I am reseaching what needs to be done to initiate a class action suit against them.
They need to be put out of business. It may take awhile and several others will feel the sting, but we can make this happen.
