On January 22, 2013, I entered into an agreement with Titanium Transport to have my car shipped from Ohio to Arkansas (Military move). I was told (before payment rendered) that in order to secure pickup date (1/30/13) and delivery (2/2/13), I would have to pay a $200 deposit. I concurred- with the belief/understanding that Titanium Transport would honor what they said. On 1/30/13, I called because it was getting late and was told by Jason, Dispatcher that "Oh the truck is full, we cannot pick up your vehicle." I asked him, "So when were you going to tell me?" He stated, " I tried to call ya."THAT WAS A LIE, HE NEVER CALLED- PHONE RECORDS SUPPORT THIS! He then says, "Well we will pick your car up on 1/31/13..." I'm feeling VERY uneasy at this point, and asked him for more information regarding the person(s) assigned to pick up my vehicle and he did not have an answer for me.
TITANIUM TRANSPORT SET DATES AND FAILED TO ADHERE TO ANNNNY OF THEM.
On 1/31/13, I called to see what time the car was being picked up, Jason states, "I did not tell you 1/31, I told you 2/1/13." I SAID I AM NEITHER DEAF OR INCOMPETENT! I wrote down what he told me. He then states "Ma'am, we will pick up your car on 2/1/13 by 8pm." He further told me that he would email me the info on the driver, the supervisor, company name. contact info. 2/1/13, 8PM CAME AND WENT! **NO PICK UP OF MY VEHICLE**
I called/emailed incessantly, THEY:
1). NEVER PICKED UP MY CAR...TODAY IS 2/12/13!
2). NEVER RESPONDED TO MY +20 PHONE CALLS AND VOICE MESSAGES
3). NEVER RESPONDED TO MY +15 EMAILS
4). TOOK MY $200 AND RAN
5). NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE
To all consumers: BUYER BEWARE. Do not get taken like I did. I don't know who wrote those positive reviews about this company. Maybe they reviewed themselves, or maybe a cousin or friend posted it to counter all of the negative reviews. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
