This company is the epitome of dishonesty! Peocple have totally no regard for customer's welfare! They scheduled a pick-up last Jan.2 but didn't pick the vehicle up! What was even worse was they didn't even mind calling! Called them up the next day and told me the schedule was moved to the Jan.7. The day came and still,vehicle wasn't picked up! Again,they didn't even bothered to call! I called several times and reached an agent and told me that the delivery was moved to the next day and again,same thing happened
I finally demanded a cancellation and a refund of my initial payment of $300. They said I'll receive it after 2 weeks. I now have the vehicle for a week ( thanks to AAA transport& Maria) but have yet to get the refund! The agents are
