This was my first experience shipping a car across the country and it did not start off the best as the company I went with dropped the ball. I called Erika Marie at Titan National Transport on Monday morning December 21 and explained the situation and the time frame that needed to be met. Erika in 3 hours had the deal done, docs to me to sign and had the carrier call me. The car was picked up by 5pm on Monday, 12/21 and arrived in Tampa on Thursday night - 3 days later. Erika was flat out awesome and I can say that Erica knows her butt from her elbow. Erika is an example of how important customer service is and I will tell everyone that if you need a car shipped with a company that cares contact Erika Marie at Titan!!!
