I started doing research a few months prior, before actually choosing this company. I must have screened over a dozen or so company's. I actually learned a lot about the business of car and truck transport. I was skeptical, very skeptical until I finally reached a person I felt I could trust. That happened to be Erika Marie at Titan National Transport. She was friendly, smart, funny and took care of business. Flat out one of the best customer service reps I have talked to in a real long time. We had to ship a 2009 Ford Focus from Monaca, PA to Henderson, NV. After several discussions with Erika, she lined it all up and before we knew it, BAM, the car was delivered in an amazing 4 days. Just 4 days! Wow is right! We were so lucky to have found this reliable, professional transport company. Thanks gang! You rock! Mike G.
