We used All American Transport for our car the month before and we were shocked how AWFUL the experience was. Didn't come on time to pick up the car and lost the location of it, wanted more money on the receiving end and the car SMELLED like BO inside when it came, used my gas and there was grease on my seat (Guess they were driving it???) On the flip side... We were extremely pleased with the customer service we received from Kai Abelardo at Tiger Transport. Whenever we had a question Kai was always available by phone. We sent TWO cars, one from CA to TN and the other from TN to CA.. each car came on time, and the transport people were very nice and helpful. The car looked (and smelled) the same as when it was sent. THANK YOU Kai & Tiger Transport. We will always use your services and tell others.
