During the course of getting my car shipped, I had a few surprise money problems, which meant a delay of over a month before I could have the car shipped. Phil was very patient, and helpful. He even steered more towards this site when I was thinking of going with another company quoting at a cheaper rate, which turned out to be a 3 star company with tons of 0 star reviews from customers who never got their cars.
