After my car sat waiting in a parking lot of a business for 9 days waiting to be picked up by another company (feel free to email me about my bad experience), I called Chris at Tiger Transport because I had received a quote from him previously when I was shopping around. He was completely honest with me and explained to me exactly how the transport system and drivers work. I asked if he could definitely help me and he even offered to post my car on the board with no deposit or taking any information from me at all to see if any drivers wanted to pick it up. A few hours later, I received a call back from him telling me a trucking company wanted the order and the car was going to be picked up within a couple of days. He also gave me full contact information on the trucking company (Go2Transportation) and they were excellent as well. My car was picked up 2 days later (this was over Easter weekend) and delivered only 5 days later in excellent condition and as clean as I sent it off. Overall the price Chris quoted me was fair from the beginning and I ended up spending less with him in the end. I ended up choosing the other company because they offered me a unrealistic deal on 2 cars, and I ended up getting scammed out of $350 with them, so I should have chosen Tiger from the beginning. My other car shipped with the scammer company was also extremely dirty and took 2 full car washes to get it clean and there are still some spots!!

I'm not planning to move out of state anytime soon, but if I ever do again and I choose ANY auto transport company again, I will DEFINITELY go with Tiger Transport. I would refer Tiger to any family members or friends without hesitation.
