I had recently considered transporting a car from Denver to Jacksonville. After pricing several different locations and receiving an overwhelming amount of calls (due to other companies selling my information) I called off the search since it wasn't really necessary. Shortly after this experience my car broke down and it became inperative that I have my car in a very timely manner since I now had no transportation to get to work. I had called another company and found it hard to get return calls back from their 2 agents they had in the office. Since I was in a rush I came to transportreviews.com and found Tiger Transport. I spoke to Chris who was very upfront, honest and very personable. He told me that car pickup is generally within 5 business days of request, and delivery is 5-7 business days after that. I advised Chris of my situation, placed the order and he told me that he would call me back with the information. Chris called me back the same day and had a driver to the original location that evening. He told me that the car would be at the requested destination within 5 days. The driver actually made it there in 2. I thought this was phenomenal considering my circumstance. Chris worked with me in every way. He was very professional, and the driver was great too. The car was in great condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I also didn't receive any calls from other companies and can assure you, your business is valued and your information will not be sold. As far as customer service, delivery, professionalism and cost you can't go wrong with Tiger Transport. Chris followed up to make sure everything went well. I would definitely recomment Tiger Transport for all of your auto transport needs. This company is by far the best that I have dealt with in my experience.
