Phil did a great job and was very knowlegeable. The carrier did a great job staying in communication with us through the whole pick up and delivery process. He made the pick up time within 30 minutes of his estimated arrival and had called ahead that morning and to give me a time... pretty impressive. Delivery in California was late by a couple of days but that was due to some severe ice/snow storms... and the driver again maintained contact the whole time to make sure that the destination contact was informed . The only concern I had at all was that our car was a very low profile sports car and the driver was literally not equipped/set up to handle loading and unloading it, the truck ramps were too high for the car... they did get it on the truck safely but it was a bit nervewracking to watch.
