Driver showed up over 2 days late. No communication about ETA or delays. I had to call the dispatch office to get Any information about the pick up. Cars then showed up 8 hours later than estimated. Only 498 miles away. Again, I had to call around and got no answers on arrival. They did finally show up intact. Unbelievably bad customer service all around. DO NOT USE THEM
