I received quotes from approximately 15 companies of which the Car Transporters Inc. were the cheapest. I chose them not only because of the price but because they seemed more customer friendly.

I only had one minor problem with the experience and Greg Saucke remedied it pretty quickly. When I initially requested quotes from the various companies, I indicated the date I desired to have the car picked up. It was not clear in the beginning that requested pickup times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Admittedly, I was a bit annoyed that they were unable to pick up the car when I requested, HOWEVER the later pickup date ended up working out well for us.

The car actually arrived in NC in six days, four sooner than predicted. The car was in great condition, no chips or scratches. Greg was very attentive during the process, calling or emailing frequently to update me on the status of the vehicle while in transport. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the process. I have already recommended him to other family members. I highly recommend Greg Saucke and the Car Transporters.

Michael, I was honored after reading your review to hear that out of 15 companies contacting you, you chose me. That speaks volumes about my service as an auto transporter. I'm glad we were able to remedy the situation on the part of the delayed driver and I again apologize about the delay. Dates and times are esitmates for everthing in this industry and I definitely apologize if I didn't convey that properly. Not my intention i assure you. :) Never the less, thank you for all the kind words about my diligence during the process and I'm glad to have helped you with your vehicle relocation needs.
