Request for Information on Moving a Car

My wife and I were moving a car from Vermont to Arizona and we found The Car Transporters, Inc. on line. We decided to use the Better Business Bureau to find safe, well reviewed companies for this move because our last move was a shambles, and we had not used this service. I filled out a form on the Internet and almost immediately a nice fellow named Greg called me and we began the process. He had several phone conversations with me, took the time to explain the entire system of moving and how things work, and answered all my questions with honest,thorough information. I know this because, ultimately, we chose to use a family member to help us move and he is a mechanic. He reiterated everything Greg had told me. We opted to use the family member for the move, because he needed the work, but if he had not been available I would not have hesitated to continue to work with Greg. Every time I called with questions he called me right back, even on the weekend. He was polite and did not come across as a "hustler" at all. When I told him we had chosen to go with family he wished us good luck. I think that is a real measure of a man; how he acts when things don't go his way. I highly recommend you check out The Car Transporters and ask for Greg. If you have as positive experience as we did, you will be pleased. Now, obviously I did not complete the transport with this company so I can not review that part for you. That is why we have the Better Business Bureau. Start there if you are concerned about what your entire experience will be. This companie's ratings are great. From step one you are assured that you are working with professionals. Greg was the most comfortable of all the fellows i talked to while looking for car transport. He's truly a nice guy. Check him and The Car Transporters, Inc. out!
