First off, I apologize that you feel we did not do enough for you. If I may, I believe we went above and beyond, judging the circumstances. Unfortunately, the representative that was handling your order abruptly left the company and did not follow through with you in her absence. You then called me directly, which was prior to your move date, explaining the situation. Within hours of our initial phone call I was able to find a carrier for you, deducted money from my fee to help secure the carrier and got everything set up before your move. After receiving your phone call, requesting the carrier's insurance information to set your mind at ease, I emailed you the doc packet the day prior to pick up.
