After a very disappointing experience with another company, I contacted Elizabeth. It was a totally opposite, positive experience. Elizabeth worked with me to get my car to California as quickly as possible, and everything proceeded exactly as she said it should. I couldn't be more satisfied. As a matter of fact, I gave Elizabeth's contact information to a very good friend, which I would never do unless I was 100 percent confident it would be a positive experience for him.
