As a first time shipper, I was grateful to talk to Greg, who helped me through every step of the process. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. He communicated well about his availability and I was able to reach him when necessary.

We ran into some minor hiccups with the carrier, as they sent two drivers and thus were due to arrive across the country three days earlier than I had prepared for. Thankfully, Greg helped a lot as a go-between and smoothed out the process of delivery and payment. I'd definitely use The Car Transporters again and would recommend them without reservation. Thanks Greg!
