I must comment that Felicia went the extra mile in coordinating this transport of our Dodge Pickup across the U.S. The first bit of confusion was the classification of this pickup since it had a "cap" or empty camper shell on the back, plus this particular truck has an extended cab with extra doors for entry and exit. However, these 2 extra doors cannot be opened from the inside- they must be opened only once the front door(s) is(are) open. All of these small things mattered and Felicia was excellent in explaining everything to me- from how the contract worked to how the system of transporting vehicles cross-country worked. She called me whenever there was an additional question from the driver, and checked to make sure the truck was delivered on time. She has the patience of a saint because I know she was dealing with several people to make this happen in the time frame we required. Thanks again for a great job, Felicia!
