Horrible, don't use!

I contacted The Car Shippers about a month before our scheduled move to make sure they would have enough time to pick up. I told them we were driving to Texas and needed the car to be picked up before we left LA an delivered after we reached Austin. They told me pick up and delivery times are just estimates so I gave myself a few days to work with. They never picked up the car, never called and I just kept getting emails that said there was a shipping delay. A week after the car was scheduled for pick up I cancelled my order and requested a refund for my $200 deposit. Just so you get an idea of the timeline, car was supposed to be picked up May 28,2008, I cancelled a week later, I just left another message today, August 20, 2008 threatening to call Better Business Bureau on them for not refunding my deposit and not calling me back. Someone in accounting told me they had recently changed their payment system a month ago and assured me he would personally get me a check out. Still waiting! HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE!!!
