Jeri set this move up 1 day before Mary was schedualed for her trip and there are two lines in our office one to dispatch and one to Customer Service so that the customer can always reach us. when this customer did reach Preet he was completely honest with her and told her that we are doing everything in our power to get a driver out there. the reason for no refund is we did to have a driver and we were within contract time to get the vehicle.
