Our vehicles were picked up days late. Once a carrier was assigned to us the auto transport group gave them the wrong cod amount, so we paid $50 more than quoted to unload our cars. The Auto Transport Group promised to refund that $50 bucks and give us and additional $25 if we placed a good review on this board. After we paid The Auto Transport Group the deposit we didn't get a single call back from them after numerous attempts to call/fax/email their team for information..it wasn't until the cars were unloaded that we got a call back offering us money for a good review.

The Auto Transport Group obligated to a date that they, in my opinion, had no expectation of ever hitting(for pickup or for dropoff). The carrier we were assigned said they accepted the load off a load board
