we did attempt to pick up but the pick up location released this to another carrier.
we have been talking with the customer and his insurance company trying to help him track down what company has his truck. we went above and beyond for this customer. once a driver is dispatched and the vehicle is not available for pick up the driver gets paid a dry run fee which we had to pay and is why we take a deposit. so unfortunately this is why no refund was issued on his file. we are in the office 7 days a week to assist customers so the customer stating he was unable to reach anyone is false and every time he or his insurance company would call we were here to assit.
