This customer placed the order on Fri 10-11-11 and as soon as she did a driver called in and wanted the load. we then found out that the driver had a break on his ramp and could not load the vehicle over the weekend and told us he would pick up the car on wed as soon as they are done getting it fixed which the customer booked her order on a 1-7 day window which the driver would have been back there within that window. she said we would not return her calls that is completely not true we called her 3 times on sat and 2 times on sun and 2 on Monday and a email which she did not respond to at all or our calls to fill her in on what is happening so this review is just a customer upset that we will not refund her deposit because we are within agreement with her.
