Ordering, scheduling and delivery were excellent. However, when the delivery driver dropped off the vehicle, he produced a contract that calls for $ 100 more than agreed upon. Well, the dispatcher said it was an error and that they would make it good. I offered to split the difference because I was satisfied with the service. "We will issue a credit to you Pay Pal account". That never happened. Two to three calls a week for eight weeks produced nothing. Now I'm calling the owner, Anthony.

I don't expect him to pay me, however I would like to have him tell me why he won't honor the agreement! He doesn't have the you know what's to call me!

No big deal, it's only $ 100. I should have read the other reviews before I agreed to use this outfit....

There was a difference of 50 dollars which we told the customer and he agreed to let the driver pick up with no problems, after the car was picked up it became a problem so we even offered to refund him 60 to try and keep this customer happy and he did not want that to happen either so I am not sure what we can do to please this customer even after agreeing to refund him 10 dollars more than what the difference was.
