There was a difference of 50 dollars which we told the customer and he agreed to let the driver pick up with no problems, after the car was picked up it became a problem so we even offered to refund him 60 to try and keep this customer happy and he did not want that to happen either so I am not sure what we can do to please this customer even after agreeing to refund him 10 dollars more than what the difference was.
