My trailer was transport from location to location in a fair amount of time. We had some communication issues regarding mode of transportation, causing extra work on both ends, however, transportation request was completed as needed. My trailer was supposed to be hauled via pickup truck, which is why I chose this company. It was actually hauled via semi-trailer making for extra loading and on loading on both ends. The driver had to wait in the area over the weekend so we could lift the trailer from his equipment. He could have just dropped the trailer at my facility if they would have followed through with our request. Overall, the task was completed.
