This was as easy as it gets. I watched the hauler load both of my vehicles without issue in Florida, and met him exactly when I asked for delivery the next day in Kentucky. The timing was flawless. What he lacked given a language barrier, he more than made up for in courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend.
