I contacted Jerry Teeter after giving up on another company. Jerry was very polite and informative about the process and what to expect. He gave me his cell number to reach him after hours if I had any questions. I emailed the shipping order form to request transport services. When a carrier was found, Jerry informed who it was and gave me their contact information. The carrier contacted my parents (where the car was located) and they arranged pickup. The carrier contacted me to arrange delivery. The evening before the delivery day, the carrier called to see if I could receive the car early. I did and met the truck driver. The car seemed in the same condition as when given to carrier. The driver was courteous. All was fine and I'd use Teeter Transport again if ever needed.
