Mary Anno was my representative and she was wonderful!! Mary was prompt and quick to answer any questions I had via email and phone. In addition, she was proactive with updates as well on ETA. Mary even worked with me to get a bit of a discount since we were shipping two cars.
TNT is more expensive than other carriers but their professionalism and ontime delivery is worth the premium. My one caveat is that both car had some minor damage (dings/holes from the tow truck hook) but Mary quickly put me in touch with the claims person. Damage is supposed to be covered so I'm hoping for a smooth process.
I'll come back and provide an update if I run into any claim issues. But as of now, I've had a great experience (despite the damage) due to Mary's great service.
