I highly recommend TNT Transport Service to anyone who needs to move a truck across the country.
I found TNT on the internet after a carrier I had consigned fell through after weeks of delays. I’m a fairly patient person so the delay didn’t really bother me until they finally told us they couldn't do it. Im not sure how you can come up with a price for something you can't do??
After checking with a few carriers I got the feeling this was going to be harder than I thought.
The people I was talking to were rude overbearing and much smarter than me. I had never done this before and did not know what info they required. They made me aware of their superior knowledge.Until I got a quote from TNT.
TNT sent me a very good quote on the move less than any other carrier. I followed up with a phone call and another and another and yes another. All along the person at the other end was very pleasant and very helpfull. After a few emails they extended us credit and moved our unit up to Canada. While the unit was moving I was kept informed right up to delivery. The driver delivering the truck was very pleasant even after he had started taking the chains off the truck and I informed him that if possible I wanted the unit unloaded at a different location. He hooked up the chains and moved it with a smile. Great job guys
Overall it was a good experience at a great price. Everything they told me was true. I would defiantly use them again.
