Hiring this company was the biggest mistake! Their truck carrying my car broke down, delaying the estimated arrival time. I was not upset with this considering these things do happen. However, I did not have a car to drive to work so I would think they would help me pay for a car rental. After many phone calls, they told me that they were not obligated to pay for the car rental, but eventually they told me they would reimburse me. How crazy is that?! It doesn't end there...

To get my car, they told me each and every day for 5 days that my car would arrive the very next day. Considering that they could only drop my car at an airport terminal (half hour away), it was extremely inconvenient to make arrangements to pick up my car, especially when it didn't arrive as they promised every day!! Each day, I would have to call them to give me an update on the car and for 5 days, they would tell me that the car would arrive the next day. When my car finally did arrive, they called me late in the afternoon, telling me that I had to pick it up before they closed or else I would be charged to park my car overnight. In addition, when asked if they could deliver it to my house, they said there would be another service charge to do so. I don't think I had ever been so furious with any service in my life! Dishonest and not customer friendly at all...

Originally, I only decided to pay an extra $500 to use this company (there were much cheaper companies out there!) due to a recommendation from a friend. They may be an excellent company if the transport goes smoothly. However, they do not seem to anticipate the problems that can arise or at least handle such problems appropriately...
