Great experience with TNT

Shannon worked hard to coordinate the pick up times and drop off times to work with my travels. She did an excellent job in helping me to understand everything and to coordinate the timing. She was kind and courteous. She knew I was busy in helping my daughter plan her wedding and so Shannon made sure that there were no extra details that I had to worry about in regards to transporting my vehicle. The communication was excellent. She kept me posted and up to date as to what was going on. The people at the drop off terminal were kind and friendly. It was so nice to not have to worry. There was a slight mix-up concerning the pick up - I called the TNT office and someone had it resolved within 5 minutes. Because i was flying in and had to take a taxi to pick up my vehicle, there was concern when the place it was to be kept was changed to be further away. As a result, John, at the terminal was heading towards the airport for some errands and he brought me my vehicle directly to me at the airport. That was a great help to me! Everything happened exactly as Shannon had told me ahead of time (other than the pick up place) including the amount. I had heard stories about extra charges with some companies - but there were no hidden fees with TNT. What they quoted me was what it cost. I would definitely recommend TNT.
