My vehicle was scheduled to be transported via an enclosed carrier. Since I felt comfortable with the window agreed to for vehicle pick up(3 days), I proceeded to finalize arrangements to leave South Carolina on November 3rd. As the 3rd approached, it appeared that an enclosed carrier would not be available at my location until November 4th or 5th. My TNT representative (Mary Anno), was able to work out an arrangement where my vehicle would be picked up on November 2nd and transported via flatbed to the nearest terminal. My vehicle would then be transported via enclosed carrier to my final destination. Thanks to Mary's resourcefulness and creativity, I was able to leave South Carolina as scheduled.

Although my vehicle was not transported via enclosed carrier the entire way, I was able to leave as scheduled and meet the driver at my final location. The vehicle did appear to get some what dirtier than when I turned it over to the flatbed driver. Although not significant, there was some staw (landscape material) at the base of the windshield. In addition, it appeared to have had some sort of drink (coffee or soda) spilled on the windshield. I was able to take care of both issues.

My entire experience was good and easy. Mary Anno was always responsive and helpful.

Hello Carlos, Yes this year was a bit more challenging with the flow of traffic at the time of your relocation, but as always we are committed to service and will always stay on schedule so we do not interfere with previous planned departures of any of our clients. When we felt that Julian (enclosed driver) was going to be a bit behind schedule (48hrs) we took action and dispatched out our terminal to take possession so you could continue your departure on schedule. Although we picked up on time, the terminal is a flatbed service and not enclosed so it did get some exposure. We apologize for the soil created and happy it wasn't anything too significant. Should it have been significant we would have stood behind our policy of complete customer satisfactory and taken care of any expenses that would have not been reasonable. You have been a loyal client for years and we appreciate your understanding of the schedule. We look forward to our next move and will take extra caution and care moving towards the future.
