They provided exactly what I needed. I can hardly think of any complaint. They arranged a pickup exactly on the date I scheduled for. The driver was good, too. He kept in touch for all details of his itinerary. He did not, however, provide me a "door-to-door" service, since trucks are not allowed in major parts of the city.
