We experience delays due to holiday time. We apologize for that. Not all of the carriers work at this time, lots of them spend several days with their relatives and friends. Huge transportation demand and lack of trucks these days create delays.
But despite this, kindly please note that it might take up to 5 business days for the pickup according to our contract. Your vehicle was picked up and delivered in 7 days according to the agreement. After speaking to our competitors, you found out that the price could be even higher during this time, as well as you found out that our competitors could not provide you with a better price and conditions than what we have provided you. We would like to kindly bring your attention to the fact that not a single cent was withdrawn from your account and we lowered the contract price by $85 less than what you originally signed. We would like to say that despite the difficult situation with truck availability caused by the holidays and the increased shipping demand on this route, our company was able to fully fulfill all of our conditions and even reduce your costs. We can assure you that no other company would ever do this. We value our clients very much and believe that deep down they are grateful to us, despite the negative comments left on emotions. There are different situations in the service sector that may occur caused by circumstances that we can't control. We know that our company does more than just a transport company and will never leave our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our company will provide $300 credit for our service for you or your family for the future shipment. We appreciate your patience.
