Very quick response after quotation. Pick up is at the homedepot nearby (10 min driving), delivery to near by community (10 min walking).
Delivery in around 11 days (2 days delay due to Thanksgiving). Car is very dirty while delivered but with no addition scarch and nothing is stollen.
With all the minor thing I would still rate it as 5 stars. TD is not one of the biggest car transporter but to my experience it is trustworthy, I personally will pick it again if I need another car transportation.
