I am totally blown away by the honesty integrity and compassion displayed by this shipping company and particularly of Joanna who was my direct contact through this process. The shipper was going to be out of town in a couple of days and I was leaving on vacation within a few days myself and with just 3 days remaining and after several promises from other shipping companies with higher prices, I finally made contact with Joanna who went above and beyond and worked tirelessly even after hours to make this possible.She is extremely positive and the model by which customer service should be measured. I am truly indebted to her and her team and will recommended them to my friends and congregants and will have them as my primary shipping contact.
