ALL TRANSPORT OBLIGATIONS WERE FULFILLED AS MATT HAS STATED IN THE REVIEW DETAILS LISTED.
My dog (Tammy) died 2 hours before Matt contacted me.
Matt had a terrible attitude and was upset because the driver inquired to see if it would be possible to deliver the vehicle a day early and that the driver spoke broken English. I had already provided Matt with the phone number for the dispatcher (who speaks perfect English) of the carrier company, which has impeccable ratings.
My job is to locate an auto carrier on the route that my customers request and put my them into contact with that carrier company so that the transport can be coordinated as conveniently as possible according to the circumstances. I successfully provided my services to Matt and informed him that the dispatcher would be the direct and most convenient person to contact about scheduling from there on out.
Even though I was having a terrible day and had provided Matt with all the information necessary for him to deal directly with the carrier and dispatcher, I still offered to contact the dispatcher for Matt and ensure delivery for the next day, which took a whole 30 seconds. Matt proceeded to be negative and problematic by threatening with a bad customer review because of the drivers request to deliver the vehicle a day early and said it doesn't reflect well on my company because the driver speaks broker English. At this point I figured it would be best to inform Matt about the loss of my dog and the hard day I was having, which I thought would inspire a little consideration and avoid any more negative energy and again informed him that I would take care of the scheduling issue he was concerned about. After disclosing the emotional day I was having Matt replied with "I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG! WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME?" which is when I lost my temper and regretfully used a poor choice of words. I apologize to anyone my words may have offended, other than Matt.
I apologize for my offensive choice of words used in response to Matt negative, rude and inconsiderate behavior and threatening me with a bad review. I assure everyone that my terrible choice of words weren't directed toward anybody's sexual preference but were an emotional outburst and display of frustration. I really couldn't care any less about anyone's sexual preference.
Congratulations Matt, on being the first negative customer review out of the more than 500 transports TD Auto Transport has provided service for in the year of 2015. You are a special kind of inconsiderate.
Matt wasn't trying to find a solution, but just wanted to be problematic. I usually deal very well with all my customers including mean, nasty and inconsiderate ones but my dog died that morning and I didn't have the patience to deal with a person that only wanted to complain about the drivers broken English instead of coordinating the solution, which took a whole 30 seconds. In the end Matt had his vehicle delivered without any interruption to his schedule other than the time he took to complain to me.
I hope Matt can find peace and learn respect for others not only for the people that he is around but also to spread love and positive vibrations throughout the world, as it is much needed.
Call for excellent transport service as reflected in the rest of our customer reviews.
RIP Tammy
