I shipped my car from CT to AZ recently and I had hassle free experience.

Initial quote was somehwere around 1000 or 1050 which was the least I received. But by the time the order was confirmed it went up by 1150. Having said that it still was the least price compared to others when I asked others to confirm. I should have confirmed 1000 when the quote was sent but I was still shopping around.

The best part I loved about these folks is communication. My all emails were replied promptly and Lynn gave me her direct number. She also provided me the driver's number. When the driver didn't pick up my call (looks like he was driving then) to exactly confirm the time of pickup, I reported this to Lynn. She talked to the driver and driver called me back. Driver was an awesome guy. He called me on Friday and said if I'm okay with Saturday pickup. When I told him that I'm flying out on Saturday, he said not to worry and that he will come by 7 or 8 PM. Yes, I had to drive like 1-2 miles to drop off but I was told that it would be the case if there are no big parking lots nearby.

He called me a day before the drop-off date. Drop-off was just around the corner from my hotel.

Overall I would say that communication and setting and meeting expectations stood out. I would totally recommend them.
