My first time shipping a vehicle, so I did a lot of calling and internet inquiries. I spoke with Joey on the first day of my efforts. He understood that I wanted to finish a thorough effort to ensure success before committing to a broker. (Though I admit I remain confused to why we have to use brokers. The whole point of a broker is that they are the experts who do this for a living and do all the shopping around FOR you. That's another story, I guess... Anyway, I listed with two other brokers before finally just giving up. They were quick to take the deposit and very slow to respond to calls and never did manage to get the truck picked up.

I hadn't even made a contract with Joey either; he just kept a good lookout for a carrier and told me he'd call if he found one. After a few days, I gave up. Joey called me the next day. He said he had a carrier on the other line that would pick the truck up within a few hours. I am very honored that he remembered me. Customer service right there- WIN every time. I am very glad I ended up doing business with TD Auto Transport and would definitely recommend them in the future.
