I had an order in with another company where the contact person would not respond to my emails/phone messages. About a month went by and no driver was provided.
TD Transport came to my rescue. They had a driver for me within 4 days, and the car was picked up a few days after that. Joey kept in touch with me to make sure I had heard from the driver and his dispatch company.
The driver from IKA Group was very professional, and he keep in touch also. He let me know when he was arriving. He gave me time to add some things to the trunk for transport along with the car. He even put my car directly over the cab, so he could monitor it the best.
They communicated clearly when and where the delivery was. The car arrived with absolutely no damage at all. I'm very pleased with the service I received from TD Transport, and the driver they used.
