Amazing Company and Carrier!

I have never transported a vehicle alone, so I went on the internet and requested quotes to ship my F-150 from Seattle to Colorado Springs.... Within 15 minutes, I received a phone call from a very professional gentlemen ( Dominic) asking how he could assist me with this move. Before he started talking about money, he asked me to go on Transportreviews.com and told me that I could find information on any company that I was interested in using. He then took the time to explain the process to me and how brokers and carriers worked together to get the vehicle shipped. I was in no rush to get the vehicle shipped, so time was not an issue at all in this case, but he still worked very diligently to find someone for me. Although I was still shopping around, if I had a question about what another broker was telling me, he would always direct me back to this website to check out any reviews, and NEVER spoke a foul word about any other company, which truly made me believe that he just really wanted me to find the best company possible to fit my needs. Well, after only 2 days, he found a great carrier in the area who picked up my Vehicle a day earlier than expected (Cars. Inc, driver- Stoyan). My vehicle arrived here a day EARLY and was in perfect condition... He and his wife were amazing people and we even stood there and talked for a while.... This is what great customer service is and I feel that everybody should try to emulate this behavior! I feel very comfortable knowing that there are people in the industry that are dedicated to doing the right thing and making the customer feel good. I recommend this company to anyone who wants fair prices, a sense of comfort, and honesty! Although this is a newer company, PLEASE PLEASE give them a try.... You won't be disappointed! Again, thank you Dominic and Cars. Inc for the wonderful experience! As an Active Duty Service Member, I was very impressed and I salute you!
