We had never used a service like this before but in this age of Corona Virus we could not find a friend that would be willing to help us move our car from Florida to Virginia. I looked a several websites and was wondering how we would narrow down our choice. The TCI website was really the only website that had the clearest instructions and had a FAQ section which answered all our questions. We called Riley who helped us through the process and kept in constant communication with us. After we were hooked up with Luis, the driver, he was as helpful as Riley. We were unable to be at the loading or delivery of our car and we made arrangements with friends to assist us. Luis was in contact with them letting them know just what to expect. Overall, a perfect experience, can't say that too often!!!
