I used TCI Logistics to ship my 2008 Honda Ridgeline from Seattle, WA to Houston, TX. Where TCI did really great was how fast and response they were as we arranged a last minute shipment (under 24 hours from my inquiry to pickup). That was awesome.
Unfortunately, I live in an urban area in Seattle and their first driver canceled on me, TCI representative jumped on it immediately and got a second driver to pick up the truck. He was also pretty peeved that where I live is so dense, I wish that this was flagged as a concern earlier on so I could've helped out with meeting in a less dense area.
In any case, truck was picked up and dropped off about a week later. Sadly my truck was dropped off with a bit of damage on both the driver side mirror (cracked frame) and now I've got two massive dents on my driver door and driver side passenger door. :(
