Vlad at TCI Logistics was my agent, he assisted me with the transport of my 5 series. It was my first time transporting a car, didn't know what to expect, however, the transport process was very smooth, had mixed feeling from reading a lot of transport reviews online. TCI Logistics did exactly what they said, pick up and delivery were on the same dates as expected. Rate was the same as most other companies, overall very satisfied, will use again in the future.
