My initial encounter with her was on Thanksgiving day, around 1:06pm, we exchanged text messages back and forth till 7:04 PM on Thanksgiving day, even though it's a holiday. she takes the time to reply my messages regarding any question about my shipping. She was always there to offer support till my car arrived at my premises. This she is a very reliable dispatcher and because of her, i will recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable truck company.
