As soon as I entered my information into the carrier database, Ron personally reached out to me to discuss what he could offer. I expressed to him that I've been burned by other carriers in the past. He explained the logistics process on how customer should not place a deposit until an actual driver has committed which is exactly what he did. I gave him a weeks range on when my car could get picked up and every time I emailed him with a question concern he promptly replied. He also gave me plenty of time in advance to before the driver came to pick up my car. His quoted price was not only very competitive, but remained the same. Many carriers will suddenly jump the price to force customers into the increase price once the contract has been signed.

Dealing with the actual driver: He was professional, on time, and coordinated with me over the phone to set up delivery time and place. He was clean cut, well dressed, well mannered, and demonstrated a high level of expertise.

Overall, a really refreshing experience as he sets the right expectation and truly delivers upon them. Good service is hard to find these days.
