I was given a date and 2-hour window for when my car would be picked up. When the truck didn't show up, I could not get ahold of my customer service rep or get through to anyone using the main number...for 4 days. I came to find out (through the help of another shipping company that was actually honest) that they didn't even have a truck scheduled to pick up my car EVER. I could not even get ahold of them to cancel my order and get my name off the shipping board in order to schedule with a different company. Four days after my scheduled pick up, a driver called me and said he'd be there to pick my car up in 15 mins (so much for advanced notice). When my car arrived in CO, the driver tried telling me the cost was $50 more than the quote. Stay away from this company! They are very dishonest and they made this a very stressful experience.
