I take reviews with a grain of salt. I read the good, the bad and decide for myself. I SHOULD have taken my OWN advice. I booked with Superior Transport BEFORE reading the reviews. READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!
This company is nothing but scammers, liars, and thieves. They are unethical and violate your trust. They STOLE my deposit (you are supposed to be assigned a driver for pick up BEFORE they take a deposit). They gave me a name (Javier Gonzalez w/ JMG Brothers, LLC) of my driver but it never came off of the transporters board (meaning it was never taken by Javier {IF this person even exists}).
I was given "contact" numbers and quite literally called each one a hundred times- never an answer- just voice mails. NEVER got a call back. I emailed the contacts MANY times- NEVER got a reply.

HOW in the world these people are even allowed to be in business is beyond me.
