Suncoast Auto Transport was exactly as advertised

I recently bought a used SUV that was in Houston, TX and I had to get it back to Phoenix, AZ. I submitted online for a quote to ship the car, and was inundated with emails, calls and even text messages from transport companies across the country.

One of the calls I received was from Becky at Suncoast. She was very friendly and informative about the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. As I worked through the loan paperwork process, Becky waited to hear from me while the other companies auto-dialed, text and emailed me to get my business.

When I finally had the paperwork and loan completed, I contacted Becky and set up the transport. The deciding factor to go with Suncoast was their other positive reviews, her detailed explanation of the process, coverage, and driver selection that they do. Getting setup for the transport was super quick & easy. She took down all of the information and told me that it would be posted to the national board and I would hear from them the following week, which I did.

The day that I chose to have the car picked up was the day that they got it from the seller, which was on a Thursday. I was told it would be at my house by that Sunday. I got a call from the driver 3 hours before he arrived the Sunday they promised it would be delivered. He showed up on time and with the car in perfect condition.

The entire process was seamless and super easy. I read tons of horror stories online and this couldn't have been further from any of them. I would recommend Suncoast to anyone and if I buy another remote vehicle, I'll be sure to call Becky to transport it for me.
