After speaking with close to 10 companies to have a car shipped from Memphis to Brooklyn, I decided on suncoast because Neil, with whom i had spoken, was very nice, seemed honest, and did not seem like he was pressuring me at all. I had some difficulty getting the car because the owner passed away and the paperwork to have the title transferred got complicated, but during the 2 weeks that I was trying to get the situation settled, I called suncoast to schedule, reschedule and cancel the pick up multiple times, and everyone i spoke to was available and eager to please. I did not get as single complaint and was ever made to feel like I was causing anybody a headache (which I'm sure i was). Even when I called finally to cancel the pick up, Neil was as nice as he was when he thought i was still going to be a customer. I did not end up having the car shipped at all, so I cannot make any comment on Suncoast regarding having the car moved, but based on the experience I had, I will definitely try them when I DO need a car moved, and would highly recommend them as a company that has helpful people like Neil, Simeon, and Sherri available to speak to when you need them.
