Suncoast contracted to have Chad Transportation Services pick up our Prius in Florida and ship it to Iowa. The drivers name was Reggie. This poor guy must have been very glad to finish with our delivery. He was very patient and he persevered through a blizzard, a foot of snow and a dead battery on our car. When he was finally able to reach the destination, the car would not start and he had to take his whole carrier to a local dealership for help getting our car off. There were lots of complications but the car was delivered on time considering the snowstorm and mechanical problems I think Reggie, Chad Transportation Services and SunCoast did an excellent job. The car arrived undamaged and in good time. The communication was excellent from Suncoast and the car was scheduled for pickup much sooner than I thought it would be at a place of my choosing. These are excellent companies to work with, I highly recommend both and the driver Reggie.
